  • Do you offer layaway? At this time, we do not offer layaway.
  
  •  Will you share my email or other information with 3rd parties?   Absolutely not. The information given to First Lady will be for internal use only. First Lady may occasionally send emails about specials and discounts. However, you may opt-out anytime by calling or emailing us directly. 
 
  •  What are the shipping policies?    First Lady only ships within the continental U.S. All orders are personally inspected and carefully packed. Some items may have to be shipped separately. To save you money, we will attempt, whenever possible, to pack your items together in one box, but many times that is just not possible without danger of damage to delicate items. If we are able to combine shipping and if combining the shipping results in a savings in shipping costs, we will reduce the order total by the amount of that savings. Tracking numbers will always be provided if we have an email on file for you.
  • What are the shipping rates?  Rates are added at Checkout. They are based on our rates for USPS Priority/Parcel Post. Expedited shipping/Rush order are available upon request and will have additional shipping cost.**

  • WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY ( Must be used within 3 mos)
  • MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DELIVERY

  • No returns are accepted due to size/fit issues- size charts are available upon request. If more info is needed please contact us.
  • No returns are accepted due to unsatisfactory color, material, or style of the item ordered.
  • Orders damaged during shipping, must receive pre-approval to be exchanged.

EXCEPTIONS
  • Returns are only accepted when there is an error In quality committed by the seller.
  • Returns approved (that are not seller error) will be subject to the following:

> 20% Restocking Fee- deducted from the store credit refund
> Items returned are at the expense of the buyer, must be returned in
New/Unused condition.
